He offers lots of extra credit via taking notes over the readings, so I would HIGHLY recommend doing that. Overall, a good class. He prepares you well for the AP Exam.

Do the reading! If you do, the weekly reading quizzes are no problem, and there is always an extra question (and a bonus point if you take good notes on the reading). Coacher Gotcher is kind, helpful, understanding, and knowledgable.

At academic team, we do the reading. Do the reading as well in Mr. Gocher's class. It will really help. If you take notes on the weekly reading, he spots you a question on each quiz. There are plenty of extra-credit opportunities as well, espesialy on the unit test. There are usuallly 55 questions, but he curves the 100% score to only 38, so it is not unlikely to get a 115% if you study hard. He teaches Academic team as well and is a really nice guy, although the class is slightly boring sometimes.

Make sure to take notes on the reading, they will really help you study (and will raise your grade! ).
