As a Spanish Teacher, instead of teaching good Spanish, it becomes a 'you have to do everything yourself, I'll just teach you these few words', I don't know if she's just adding to the curriculum or if this is the curriculum, but no-one is learning Spanish in that class, I only continue the class because I want to learn Spanish, however it doesn't work out too well for my own time management. Only take this class if you are already accustomed to Spanish from 1-1. 25 years of knowledge for her Spanish 2 class.

This class was fairly easy for me, but I was at an advantage. His intro to speech class was easy. You need to have a new speech about every week with a specific topic, get creative, some are about facts, how to do things, or persuasive. STAY WITHIN THE TIME LIMIT, no one wants to hear a long five-minute speech and 1 minute won't cut it. And, DO NOT write out your whole essay, use keywords. He docks points if you write your whole speech.

The class is easy if you're a good reader and listener. The hardest part of this class was the summer reading assignments. A lot of people give up the class as soon as the testing comes in for the summer, but after that, it gets a lot easier. He's really good at teaching grammar and just about English itself. The stories he picks out for us to study have been some of my favorite.

His AP class is a breeze with extensive notes and some study guides as homework. However, in-class he only teaches some parts of the book. It's smart to do the SG or at least read over it. The essays are pretty easy. Modern World History was my favorite class because it was just a lecture and extensive note-taking, we never had homework and had a few fun projects.

Make sure to complete all your homework, study guides and packets. All of her work that she assigns are JUST like the quizzes / tests.

Put the effort in!!!! This class takes a lot of work. However, it is absolutely doable. You HAVE to pay attention and do homework. Do NOT be tempted to use Quizlet on your homework, you have to know how to do each problem. Mrs. Parsons is so sweet and cares about her students. If you put in the effort, she will know. She will always be there to help, but you have to reach out and be willing to make an effort to understand the class.

Just make sure you turn in your papers ON TIME! His class is very easy for students and he is willing to work with you if you are not disruptive and disrespectful.
