1. Make sure to study for vocabulary quizzes, you don't even have to study for that much, just 10 or 15 minutes a night maximum will do it 2. Make sure to double-check that your papers or essays do not contain plagiarism in them, meaning ensure that all your sources are cited correctly and that if you're paraphrasing that your sentence is different from the sources. 3. If you need help, just ask, the teacher is a very nice person, he's very encouraging as well, he also responds to emails rather quickly if you have questions. 4. Don't wait until the morning before to print a paper for his class, if you have trouble printing something, you can email him the evening before the next school day and he will help you out. 5. Pay attention, do your homework, and study flashcards. 6. Make sure to plan out when you are going to work on papers or research projects because it'll help you ensure that you don't include plagiarism in your project and you will have a well-written essay/research project. Mr. Laposky helps you plan it out, he gives you IN CLASS time to work on projects, mostly WHOLE CLASSES.
