Overall, the class is easy. Just pay attention and do the work. I slacked off a bit but I still did really well. She does some tests and quizzes, but I remember them being easy. The slides were easy to find online as well. Projects she did included learning how to use Bunsen burners, making rockets (that actually fired like 75+ ft into the sky and had parachutes), and other super fun things.

She’s the most supportive teacher I’ve ever had. When I was going through a tough time with my grandfather dying, she was supportive any time I went in. A couple days in from dealing with all that I was having a really bad day. When I went into her class I was stressed out and almost tearing up. Despite her being mid period teaching a class, she gave me a place to sit, and she set some science fun fact books in front of me so I could relax and recuperate. She truly cares about her students, whether they were past or present. Any time I needed something printed or had free time, she would let you sit down and figure it out while she continued teaching. I did half day schooling where I went to another school half the time to get more specialized engineering courses; any time I couldn’t go because of weather and I had free time, she was perfectly fine with me sitting in on her classes to use a computer or take a break. I would definitely take her class again if I could.
