Reading the books assigned will help a lot, and the tests aren't that hard. You just need to remember the main details/characters etc. The essays are easy as well and the work load in general is very easy. Some assignments get curved but only if the entire class did really bad so don't slack off, Definitely the easiest Honors English class at NRHS.

Ms. Leatherman is one of the best teachers you can get as a freshman, definitely recommend taking one of her other classes (electives): Reading for Pleasure or Creative Reading
