Music wise, practice your instrument a lot. Always improve on note-reading and coordination if you’re a beginner! Turn in practice charts every other Monday since they’re most of your grade.

Mrs. Larson’s class has always been my favorite. That poster on her wall which says “welcome to the best class of your day” is true for me and so many others. She’s very kind and funny— I don’t know any student who doesn’t think so. In my grade, she even let a lot of us go up to her room for lunch and recess. You can play your instrument alongside making many friends with other orchestra students. Even students who weren’t in orchestra went up to her room! Mrs. Larson is helpful and caring; you’ll love her and the class. :))
