Really you just have to remember the information she gives you. For every lesson, she teaches she will have a fun game to go with it, and usually there will be a guest teacher which is really cool.

Can get a little hectic at times due to how relaxed the teacher is but is a very fun environment. You will also have guest speakers come in for multiple things. Subjects you learn in her class is STDs, Depression and Suicide and many more things.
