The amount of papers you need to write slowly increases throughout the class. The most pages you have to write is 3. You need to memorize the order in which the paper needs to go in, and there is some research that needs to be done to find resources for the topic you are trying to write about.

Dr. Boyer is an amazing teacher. A lot of students will be on their devices or they will talk during the class and she will always very nicely ask them to pay attention. Only every now and then will she lose patience, but I don't blame her. Her class is very easy as long as you pay attention, and she is very open to helping her students anytime they need it. Her students should take her classes more seriously.
