I had the pleasure of taking Mr. Beilers Creative Writing class my junior year, and it was one of the few classes that I was actually interested in learning about. The workload is very light in comparison to other courses, and was mainly learning about different styles of creative writing and creating our own. It’s easy to keep up with, but self pacing is really important.

Don't slack off... Mr. Gatlin is a very good teacher and explains everything very well, I did not take notes in class, because he gave us HW and study guides which really helped me imprint information.

The memorization units (unit circle, circle stuff) are the hardest units. Study for those. Project at the end of the year will boost your grade and the final is pretty easy. Check your answers on the pre-req quiz with a friend. The first unit’s pre-req is 100x worse than the rest, don’t freak out..

I was in excel, and the class is 100% online. The teacher acts more like a guide if you need help than actually teaching the content. Although to be fair for excel that format works better. The only difficult thing about this class was the expert modules/certifications. Overall easy A and while it's boring, it is one of the most useful courses you can take. This is one of those classes that you actually want to have in the morning. You just stare at a screen and type.

I had APUSH. Do all the homework and J guarantee a B. Do the ETCs and show up to smart lunch, and that will turn to an A. Tough course that really needs to be year long (APENG APUSH A/B Needs to return) but the teachers will pull you through it if you actually take their hand

Study study study! He does give pop quizzes sometimes. Make sure to do all the remediations as well. And always try to go above and beyond on your essays. He likes when you show critical thinking.

You will need to both understand the concepts very well and memorize particular statistics. Memorizing your notes is good and all, but the multiple choice questions are mostly common sense based on the concepts you should know. Do not put off any work and do all the extra credit assignments. AP Environmental Science is the easiest AP science class, but that does not mean it is easy.

Honestly Madame Mehta probably goes to easy on us, there's a decent chance you will come out of the class ill-prepared for the next level if you don't put in extra effort. I didn't have this experience, but many students from another period had this complaint. French I is easy all around. French II the only moderately hard thing is passe compuse. Memorizing irregular things is also not super easy. Just pay attention and you'll probably get an A, maybe a B if you slack off. There's not much writing but when there is, it counts for a lot so be prepared. You get a lot of time to "Do something french related" like watching a show with a french dub or duolingo. Do 5 min of duolingo when you can, it helps you get to speaking more coherently pretty fast. Allez viens (the textbook) tends to focus more on individual words/phrases and grammar than whole sentences.. Bonne chance mes amis. Vous en aurez besoin!

My ratings are based off online classes, (quarantine). She does not grade work, if you claim you did it, quick 100. It doesn’t prepare you but it’s health class, what are you really missing. All you need to do is show up and get a general gist, only things that get talked about are things like not to smoke and stuff anyone with a brain would know.

Practice a lot on your own. There are so many different tenses that are easy to mix up or mess up, so practice them and memorize the vocab. Writing and speaking tests are the really challenging tests because it's not like in Spanish I or II where you could memorize the practice test you previously took. The art unit was the worst, but Ms Tiller made it bearable by making us do fun activities with it.

Make sure you know basic dance terms and you will do fine as far as quizzes are concerned. Most of the class grade was participation, so make sure you attend class and pay attention. She cared way more about technique than talent.
