Whenever possible, schedule writing conferences.

There is not a final, but there are benchmark assessments. Use the BFF Writing Handbook, but be aware that it is slightly outdated. (For instance, "all in all" is listed as a transition, but it is cliche and wishy-washy. ) Set measurable, attainable goals for your writing. Request writing conferences. Understand and utilize the rubrics Mrs. Dietz provides.
