The position papers count for a lot of your grade. Be sure to do outside research and not copy quotes from the textbook! You are allowed to have your notebook for all quizzes. NO PHONES!!!

He might be a little crazy, but I definitely looked forward to his class and we usually had a pretty good time. He gave us little to no information on how much different portions of the class actually counted for, and as far as I know the only things that really mattered for my grade were the position papers he assigned. There was very little homework and when there was it was usually pretty quick. Personally, I didn't feel like I could approach him about classwork or outside problems but maybe that was just me. Overall, it wasn't a very stressful class and it taught me a bunch of new perspectives on historical events.

Position Papers and Projects count extremely high for your grades - be sure to spend time researching them well! Additionally, participation is beneficial as it allows you to remember the material more easily.
