This class is basically a formula. You get a good number of pointless assignments that are the same format with different precise questions for each unit and every day in that class is just taking notes. There is very little group work and maybe one project. A ton of people fall asleep in his class because he makes it so simplified that it's just plain boring, you don't really get to think and make connections it's just a ton of information. He tries hard but I think his class would be so much better if he let his students think a bit more and write analysis instead of copy notes. Prepare for a lot of frustrating work.

The class is very easy, not because the content is easy (because it’s not, history is boring. ), but because Mr. Loitherstein MAKES it easy. I would just listen, participate in discussions, and take decent notes.

Take good notes. There's a lot to remember and it's all much easier if you're organized. Also, don't procrastinate on the homework.
