This class is super hard, Ms Andrews is very demanding and has a very precise way that she wants things done. No matter what you will be called to write your homework on the board and she will correct you in front of everyone, it can be a bit scary. I recommend seeing exactly how she wants things done and making sure that you solve every problem exactly the way she solved it in class, step by step. She will appreciate it and it will help your grade, no matter how painful it is. Homeworks are graded on completion, that's not the hard part, the tests really are the killer so stay on your toes. If you pay attention to the way that she likes things done, that will help you more than fully grasping the concepts so make sure to always label your axes etc. Honestly for precalc, try to get it done over the summer if you can, this class really isn't worth it.

While the tests are said to be cumulative, the actual problems are too.
