Students are jittery when attending their first AP course. Most students beaver away for this course, but I will instruct all that are reading this in how to succeed with minimal effort. Firstly, the material assigned in his AP European History course doesn't require a rote memorization of every minutia of European history, but a nutshell synopsis of the general storyline of European history. The specific details of European history are not as consequential as the story. The quizzes on chapters do not require every detail of European history, but a synopsis of the chapters, and how they are linked. The essays that receive the highest marks are those that link on all three subjects, thereby displaying one's grasp of the chapters. Additionally, the multiple-choice and essays re-hash concepts from old European history tests, and those should be studied, as the tests will be similar to questions on previous AP tests. On the test itself, one can bypass challenging questions, and return to them later,as one's brain will unconsciously ponder the questions, unbeknownst to oneself. There is a curve, and with a curve, fretting over individual challenging questions are superfluous, as those who receive the highest grades are those that answer the greatest number of questions correctly, not the most challenging ones. Additionally, one study the material 20 minutes every night-excluding time spent studying for the tests and quizzes-in order to robustly absorb the greatest amount of information. Moreover, when preparing for the Chapter quizzes, writing a summary of all of the topics without the assistance of others will allow one to recall more of the information clearly. In conclusion, there is a steep learning curve for AP European history, and only those interest in succeeding should attend this course. Fully utilize Gofman's Monday(Maybe changed) extra help sessions, because these sessions allow the teacher to elucidate any ambiguous information.is not usually an issue, as those attending an AP in 10th grade are usually "massive nerds"-no offense, but you'll earn dough one day.
