My number one advice, read the textbook. Everything you need to know for test, quizzes, and homework is all in there. Take good notes from the textbook, and you should do very well. Second, use dimensional analysis! Mr. Buran is a big fan of dimensional analysis and he typically takes points off for not using it. His chemistry class is a relatively simple class, don't over complicate anything and you should do great! His class is actually great preparation for AP Chemistry, so if you're planning to take the class, make sure you do well! Honestly, just reading the textbook and paying at least some attention in class should land you a relatively easy A. If you struggle to understand his lectures, go on youtube! Most of your misunderstandings should be resolved there. Overall, what you put in his class is what you get out of it.
