Mrs. Ursino is an amazing teacher. I recommend not being an ass hole and do something that will make her angry. If you have any questions you need help on, not be afraid to ask her. I used to ask her a million questions when I took an ELA test (maybe sometimes to get the answer out of her but we don't talk about that). She is very understanding, so you should go to her if a personal problem comes up.
