Just learn how to code on your own, and you will succeed. DO NOT expect him to teach you anything at all

Neil is an OK guy, and he a sub-par teacher. He puts forth little to no effort in teaching his class. All he does is give the class an assignment and he goes to watch videos on his computer. He will say you cannot listen to music or be on your phone, but he literally does all of those things in class.
