Pay attention to what she tells you because it will come back at some point through an assignment, test, or even a quiz. She may be challenging to you now, but she has a lot of knowledge and she is a very good teacher. She means well, and wants you to succeed. She will get you to where you need to be, especially with your writing. I was in her class for two years, and she was without a doubt my best English teacher. She helped me realize things about my own writing that I could not find on my own. Everything you need will be reviewed in the class and in the materials she gives you. Don't get lazy on her!

This is a minimum-effort class, as in you will not need to be on top of your game. You will receive homework, sometimes more than usual, but the tests and quizzes are pieces of cake. This is an easy B-A class, but you will have to sacrifice something. The teacher does not really present himself often, and is more of a give out work teacher. Usually, I would worry. But this is Earth Science Which does not require as much presentation/seriousness as Biology/Chemistry. Not a great teacher, but easy.

the exams consisted of multiple choice questions, specifically ones that were completely unrelated to the topic of the chapter. If you study, you are not guaranteed a passing grade. I know many people who studied but failed due to the difficulty of this class. If you get this teacher, I recommend switching out while you can to a host level od a different course. I switched up to honors, and found it easier than this CP version of the class.
