Follow directions and you won't get in trouble. Be on time - he is stickler about time (although he always gives students about 30 more seconds then the bell - but he won't tell you. Don't cut his class - he knows what is going on in the school because he is friends with all the security people... He talks loud in class so you may mistake it for yelling, but he is not. He knows his material well and always shares stories about using some of the skills. Ask him about game shows... he loves game shows He has a good sense of humor - sometimes KORNEY! I guess it is funny He has a bunch of expectations and points to them frequently to remind class of the expectations. When you work in groups, always take part - he has real roles for everyone - he usings something called reciprocal learning or something like that! You cannot just let others do the work for you which means you have to pay attention. He sometimes looks scarey, but maybe it is his height - I asked him once and he said 6 feet 5 inches. But if you ask for help he always gives it. I played football and he would come see my games - I always gave him trouble, but he is a good guy who tries to make class fun . Listen to his life stories as I didn't believe them until I got out in the world - I am sorry I doubted.

Overall, he is one of the better teachers I had. I hated math, but he stuck wit me and didn't give up. I was not a good student and shure I was a pain. He once told me that if I didn't work harder, he would stick on me like white on rice and boy did he did. Thanks man! I hope I didn't make him quit.
