If (like me) your choice comes down to AP Lang. or Expos, take Expos. My biggest mistake in my four years of high school was choosing Lang over Expos, and I'm still regretting it. Way too much homework and too much analysis on inane topics such as artificial intelligence and eco-terrorism. English used to be my favorite class; one year of Lang has ruined it for me.

If you're debating on taking AP Lang, don't. Take Expos instead. Much more useful for life, and there's less busy work. AP Lang is not for the faint of heart, and has the ability to make even the most passionate lover of English to detest it.
