The class's difficulty depends on the person. Achtau is very friendly and makes learning a lot easier than some of the other French teachers. She is also very fun and will make your French 2 experience more engaging. Just remember to abuse the study materials she gives you and you'll succeed.

Always communicate to Mr. Allison about any doubts or questions you may have! He is very helpful and always wears a smile to class. He encourages class-bonding in a sense where everyone should work together and respect one another, and have fun meanwhile doing work for the class. There are really no tests; only shot assessments and films that you have to concisely plan for and get done in a timely manner as expected of you. There's lots of writing involved but all the documents are accessible via Google Classroom.

Just practice your instrument and don't fool around in class and he'll like you fine. Even if he hates you, you'll end up with an A.

Lock in and do the homeworks to help you memorize and know information. She may seem hard at first, but get to know her, participate in class, and ask questions while going to her for extra help and you can get an A in AP stat or calc easy.

Take notes and you will succeed. Bond teaches you how to learn and understand things rather than just speeding through material.

The course is very difficult, you have to self-study and learn the material on your own, I would recommend staying over the summer.

This class should be fairly easy to manage as long as you pay attention. Mr. Connolly is very good at explaining the content in multiple ways, and you can always ask a question if you need to. I took AP Computer Science A, so all of the content we learned in class was also available on the CollegeBoard website. If you ever need help outside of class, you can either email Mr. Connolly or check the CollegeBoard website for info.

I didn't have him as a teacher, however my brother did. He said he was a great teacher who taught everything clearly. He also said that all the practice packets he gave his students were basically the questions that were on the test, so if you were good at the practice then you were good for the test. Unfortunately, he has retired from teaching.

For environmental science, make sure to take notes when watching videos, journal as asked of, participate in things that ask for participation, the notes you take on the documents are reviewable for class tests.

i was always.... a bit of a loner in high school. I was too... too unique to "gel" with the rest of the sheep in my classes.... but alas, in Carolyn's class I found a new home. Amen #sahajwasright

You really don't have to do much to succeed in this class. As far as gym goes, you basically get an A just for participating. We had one multiple choice quiz in gym class, which was for the football unit. As for health, we learn all of the content at a very manageable pace. As long as you pay attention, you probably don't even have to study to ace the quizzes.

World history honors was a very easy class. Ms. Kratz does everything she can to make sure you learn the content we are covering. Literally all you have to do to succeed in this class is pay attention and take notes. Ms. Kratz also comes up with fun activities to help you learn and study, which makes everything a lot easier.

Make sure to take writing assignments seriously because at the beginning it might seem a bit tough. If you try to do well in the class I am sure than your skills in writing will improve. The first marking period is always the hardest but if you strive to do well then you will be set for the rest of the year. It's a great class and you will learn a lot and you will have a lot of fun with the projects you will do! Also she gives a lot of extra credit opportunities so do those!

Make sure you are paying attention to everything in class. There are some cases where information barely covered in class will appear on a test. If you want to take AP Chemistry, you have to be willing to put in the extra work. It is not anything like Honors Chemistry and you should be prepared to deal with some topics that involve various math concepts. Take lots of notes and review material thoroughly prior to taking any test.

Sra. Regal is an amazing teacher. She explains the content very thoroughly and is always available to help during lunch. Thanks to those traits, this class is very manageable. There isn't usually too much homework, and we spend plenty of time on each of the subjects we cover.

This is the easiest science class in all of high school, and Shu makes it even more easy and also fun. She's friendly and you will easily end each marking period above a 95 if you do your homework. While the homework often comes in decent-sized loads, it's easy and is just busy work.

Make sure you understand all of the concepts. The teacher spends about 1-4 days teaching each concept before moving on/ adding more to the concept. Quizzes happen once a week and are often about what we had learnt the previous week.

Class is moderately difficult, but if you sit at the front of the class you'll do better than everyone else. Make sure to ask Thyrum for help, she's more than willing to give it. She does not make homework mandatory, but I highly recommend it if you want to succeed.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, memorize theorems as you go. She doesn't wait for you, you have to move at her very fast (often faster than harder classes) pace. Don't procrastinate on the homework, as she collects all of them at once.

AP Calculus AB: The class itself isn't too bad I guess. A lot of topics build off of previous topics, like derivatives which we use for most topics throughout the year. Sometimes the problems are really algebraic and tedious but most of the concepts themselves aren't TOO hard. A lot of the concepts also go along with the concepts of physics so it's helpful if you have already taken physics or are currently taking physics as you take this class. Some of the applications we do are very similar to physics problems and although you don't need to have a ton of physics knowledge, it definitely makes those problems easier to understand.

She sounds intimidating at first, but as you go on through the year you get a sense of the structure she wants you to write in. There will be a lot of timed writings and she will not go over reading material thoroughly with you. It is your job to read/annotate them for class discussions. Be prepared to ask a ton of questions and she will give you exactly what she is looking for. Good luck!
