I was in this class before computers became a common classroom object and I can say that if you have the right teacher you’ll understand things naturally to a point where you don’t need to memorize terms or rhythms or notes you’ll kind of be able to sight read or just play by ear however trying your best is encouraged in any class and though sometimes the singing can be awkward if you have the voice of a crow a good teacher will keep your spirits high and your attitude positive

Mrs (not Ms if I remember correctly) Gans is the definition of a good teacher. Positive and encouraging yet knows when to put her foot down and push students in the right direction. Also, I think Gans means goose in another language so that’s cool
