Just follow along in class, fill in the notes she gives you, and you'll do fine. I'm not the greatest at math (around the B+, A- range), yet I managed to get an A (almost A+) in this class.

Miss. Heidorn is probably the best teacher I have ever had. She is very organized and EXCELLENT at explaining things, so much so that I got most concepts on the first try. She gives you note packets for each lesson that she goes over COMPLETELY in class. She also offers extra help 2-3 times a week after school if you need it (I never did though so I don't know what those are like). Practically every material she provided to you in class, was available on her website. She would even post the filled in notes packets online. We had homework practically everyday, but if you understand what she said in class, it would be really easy and not to much. She can also be repetitive but this because certain concepts would reappear several times throughout the year so she gave a lot of reinforcement homework to make sure you never forgot the material. She also really goofy (in a semi-corny way, but nonetheless, I spent a lot of class time laughing). Her classes had a bunch of inside jokes that she shared with us over the school year. If we were in school right now, I'd visit her but you know, it's 2020. I would have never expected to get an A in Algebra 2 Honors, but with her I did. I doubt any of the other algebra would have helped me get that. Would 100% recommend. Anyone would be lucky to get her! But I know how the school works soooo, sorry if you don't. If you want to get her if you don't have her in future year, try telling guidance that your old math period was inconvenient and ask to have your math changed to a different period :) Love ya Miss.
