- Use time management skills: Plan ahead and break your assignments into different times. This will help you stay on track and avoid feeling overwhelmed as deadlines approach. - Participate actively: Engaging in class discussions and activities will deepen your understanding of the material. By actively participating, you’ll not only improve your learning but also help create a more enjoyable and interactive classroom experience for everyone. - Use feedback to improve: When Mr. Cestaro gives you feedback on your work, take it to heart and use it to make improvements. Whether it’s in your writing or understanding of the vocabulary, applying feedback will help you grow as a student and a writer. - Stay consistent with assignments: Completing your work regularly ensures you stay on top of your studies. Even if the assignments feel like a lot at times, staying on track with each week’s vocabulary and essays will make everything easier in the long run. - Ask for help when needed: Don’t be afraid to reach out for assistance if something isn’t clear. Whether it’s about an essay, a vocabulary word, or a concept from class, asking for help ensures you understand the material fully and don’t fall behind. - If you're ever having a hard time at home or elsewhere, express your feelings and let him know: Mr. Cestaro is not just a teacher, but someone who genuinely cares about his students. If you’re going through a tough time, sharing your feelings can help him understand your situation and offer support where possible. I absolutely love Mr. Cestaro's class so much, and I always will, no matter the assignments he posts. He’s such a good human being who treats us like we are his own children. His kindness and dedication make this class special, and I’m grateful for everything he does. His class is so fun, so don't worry and let time sweep you by your feet. If you are reading this, Mr. Cestaro, thank you for all the good times and memories you've let us experience. From - YM '25

Pay attention to what she is saying at all times. This class doesn't need memorization or notes it just needs you to listen and ask questions and be interactive. often she will drop information that isn't part of the curriculum but is very useful, so whenever she does that you should pay extra attention because it will help you remember the formulas or understand the subject better. she has extensive knowledge in math and chemistry so she's a very nice resource to keep by your side, and she's always happy to help
