I had Ms. Gillooly for gym, but for this I'm mainly talking about drivers ed. She did a really good job, and provided plenty of resources to study. She gave us 3 really good resources the week of our state exam. Everyone in my class passed the test my a lot. She's really nice and flexible. She responds super fast to emails afterschool and was a great teacher. Lots of memorization about laws for driving is obviously needed.

Complete assignments and labs promptly, and if you have a second teacher in the class, (especially Ms. P) use them as a resource!! They typically know a lot about the subject as well.

Play along with the lessons. If you're not interested in the Military or general American Pride, this class is not for you.

Turn in your stuff. She WILL email your parents if you're missing one assignment and she has no problem CCing your shop teachers as well.

Make sure you're one step ahead of the lesson - it helps if you think about what she is going to say and try to correct it beforehand. Also, she's extremely flexible with office hours and providing additional support & she'll be more then happy to meet with you about literally anything.

Definitely just pay attention! She will go over the quiz questions before you take it and the real thing is almost identical. Lots of group work too!
