Every weekend you have to do an “article review” which is just finding an online article that is related to what you are currently learning and then write a paragraph summarizing it and telling how it is connected to what you are currently learning.

Pay attention and do your homework and classwork completely. Don't use your phone and chat excessively. So far in CP Algebra 2, we have used the textbook and a few packets (-> from Algebra 1) for the first two units, but don't throw the packets away as they are helpful for studying for the summative. He doesn't check homework; don't skip them and make sure you understand everything. Take advantage when at the start of class he asks if there are any questions because he will thoroughly explain and solve the problem. Also, there are one or two check-ins (formative quizzes) he gives out per unit.

This is an easy class, and her classroom is very well decorated. She checks in with you one on one, and has easy assignments. The tests have preparation and plenty of time for studying. She provides explanations for all questions, concerns and also will be very respectful. She also gets fidgets and toys for class, also plays games a lot too.

Take good notes and listen to the teacher. The writing exams require some preparation to do well. You should bring a small binder or spacious folder to fit all the papers for this class if you plan on keeping all handouts for the year.

-Lots of summatives are projects - it helps if you work well with others -Fair amount of writing and reading, easy if you stay up to date -Other formatives should be turned in early but if you miss some Provost is good at helping you catch up before the end of the quarter

I would say listen when he is talking and do the work, but also have fun and connect and talk with the teacher. You may have a bit of homeowrk but it is pretty easy and a fun class.
