The flashcard sets the teacher provides are very useful when studying for a test or quiz.

Try your best to start the reading early. Reading will be the majority of what you need to do for homework in this class.

Do the work, since that's where most of your grade comes from. I know it looks tedious, but it's not actually that bad. You have plenty of time in class to do it. You are allowed to submit late work for full credit as long as it's submitted before the unit test.

The class I was in was US History. It's been a long time since I've been in this class, but it was a pretty fun class. Mrs. Esbrook is a very good teacher and makes her class engaging. You should read the chapters in order to be better prepared for the tests. There will be a combination of multiple choice and essays in each unit. She gets along with her students well, and often talks to them casually. She also appreciates small compliments, such as when I liked her sweatshirt she was wearing. It was grey from the university of Michigan. Overall, I enjoyed myself in this class.

Keep your notebook on you at all times. We do a lot of discussions in this class, so work on speaking skills. All the tests are either an in-class essay or annotating a story and finding certain characteristics in it. Be sure to provide evidence and reasoning.

The class I was in was Jewelry 1. It's a fun class. Mrs. Harbar gives you plenty of time to get work done, and you are allowed to come in during Advisory if you need more time. She is accepting of different styles of jewelry. She also talks to students casually a lot, which is nice.

In this class, truly, just don't be annoying. Listen when she speaks, and you will pass her classes. She is only allowed to give a full credit if you turn in your work on time, so be on top of it.

This is for Mr. Langley's non-honors physics class - > Mr. Langley makes the information easily understandable. He always gives you a good amount of time at the second half of class to complete homework. You basically will never have homework in this class. You won't have to study much for tests either, as long as you listen during class.

1. Make sure to be specific on tests, like there should be no choice but to mark the answer correct. 2. Do the hw. The teacher does 4-point checks that help your grade regularly. 3. Always study for tests, but don't panic too much. The tests aren't always as hard as the teacher describes them, but they are still pretty difficult. 4. A lot of what is on the tests isn't what we do in class. Try to find hard practice problems when studying. 5. I know this contradicts what I just said, but some questions on tests are just hw problems. I recommend redoing all the hw before a test. Make sure you give yourself enough time though, don't just start studying the day before the test. The hw in this class is pretty time consuming.
