I graduated in 2024, Norton is a hard teacher for those who don't have an interest in the subject. He has a hard exterior but is a softie when you get to know him. If you ask him something you'll usually leave with the answer albeit with your ego a little shattered. He makes you question your own knowledge. But if you present him something he doesn't know a lot about he will ask you a lot of questions about it to get a better understanding. I hesitate to say Norton ever "likes" people, he just respects them, he REALLY respects skill. If you respect him he will respect you. He's the antithesis to Mr. B, the other instructor for the shop. Both have two different teaching styles, both are amazing in their own ways.
