For her Creative Writing elective, do your work!! We got grade contracts at the beginning of the term detailing what needed to be done for a six. From there on, it was easy to follow suit!

I took Math 360 with Dr. Cleare and it was a blast! She's super nice, not too hard of a grader, and available when you need it.

I LOVE MS. DOHENY. SHE IS THE BEST TEACHER EVER :) IN THE FUTURE I WILL LOOK AND SEE WHAT CLASSES SHE IS TEACHING SO I CAN HAVE HER AGAIN!!!!

Cesar's classes are engaging and different. We read about interesting things and watch a variety of videos/documentaries relating to the topic we are studying. I like how the classes are largely discussion-based, and he lets us talk in small groups very often, which is helpful in understanding the reading, video, etc.

ORGO STUDENTS: Don't take the class unless you really love chemistry. Memorize the functional groups quickly. Make flashcards early on in the format of box problems and write some information about the reaction being used on the back of them. The tests are worth more as you go on, so it is ok if you have a rough start. GENCHEM STUDENTS: Take notes, understand dimensional analysis super early, memorize a few key concepts and the rest of it becomes pretty simple.

Use his LEARN pages to your advantage, they're insanely helpful for reviewing material, whether that be for tests, or even just in general if you need a quick introduction to the material being taught.
