Take notes and study them. Anything he writes on the board, you should write. He does post the slides in google classroom so you don't have to copy those. Just pay attention in class and during labs and you will do well.

I had Madam Cisse for an assistant teacher in Spanish, and given that the language she usually teaches is French, she did a very good job. I can't really speak too much on the french class, but the Spanish class has quizzes about every 3 weeks, give or take, and we take a lot of time to go over the material.

The classroom can get chaotic and the teacher(s) can't de-escalate the students behavior. Mr. Elliot is kinda hard to understand but means well. Ask for help and you can do well. Also in CP classes there are no tests

AP European History with Gould was definitely challenging, there was a lot of writing and reading, but it was also one of the best classes I have ever taken! He brought our writing skills up to college level and made the class so entertaining by randomly telling jokes and singing. Gould is also one of the most knowledgeable history teachers at ARHS and always has interesting facts to share.

Do chorus. You dont have to practice and it is easy. Mr. Peterson has poor scheduling, grading, and teaching capabilities. If you are determined to take this class, I recommend practicing your instrument and find lessons outside of class.

For an art class, just try your best. In an academic elective class (eg. Art History), study the quizlets that he provides. Take detailed notes and study them well before a test. Don't sleep or he'll jokingly call you out. Also specific to art history, don't take honors. It's too much. But if you do, do the readings the day before the test. It just works.

There isn't really ever homework and you can get lots of help if needed. I had a health class with her, and this health class pretty much went over all that you would expect from a high school health class. It talks about drugs, relationships, anatomy, etc. Most assignments are online notes where you fill in the blanks.

Very well paced class. Focuses on grammar more than vocab. She's an easy grader. It's pretty easy, just do the work.
