Something that I would give a student to get through this class is to be on his good side. Like sing/play ur instrument as much as possible and when you do try to do it a lot so you can approve just in case he calls on you and makes you sing for the whole class. If you try too hard though he will make it known and publicly.

Mr. Shaw shows a lot of favoritism. If you are not one of his favorites he will put you down and embarrass you in front of the whole entire class. He excludes students who don't have money, like from eating pizza because some students couldn't afford to give $5. He will tell you that you have no business being in drama If you can't act, but isn't he supposed to be teaching us. I dropped out of drama because he put me down a lot, in music when I would make. a mistake and in drama he never gave me a chance. He is a mean teacher and favors the kids and the same ones always get parts. I didn't give up because Wanted to, he pushed me put with his cruel words. I am not the only one he puts. down. I have a disability and once he made fun of it. I cried all day after that because he hurt my feelings and some of the other kids laughed at me, too.
