- take note of quotes/essay questions while reading - as much as i hate using it, google sheets is pretty helpful for this - even if its not assigned officially start working on it ahead of time; deadlines are short - participating even a little bit makes you look so much better as a student (no one ever participates) - quizzes are easy; always the questions she asks in class
