Memorize which notes are what, you can't do much if you don't know the notes. Practice your instrument, daily if you can.

This teacher is so funny and lenient. She is also really young so she understands what it is live to be a student

Just pay attention in class and ask questions if you're confused, that's basically it.

Do the assignments in class or as soon as possible, and you'll have a lot of extra time to work on other assignments or just generally relax. Most assignments are short answers and she usually doesn't want you to write long essays.

Most of the assignments are in class, so as long as you do those you barely have to worry. About once a quarter you'll have to write something over a period of time, but other than that just complete the in class assignments.

Work on the assignments during class, but if you don't get them done, finish them at home. Use sites like replit to complete your work. I cannot stress this enough. If you only work during class, you might be stressed when the people around you start moving onto the next thing, so WORK AT HOME TOO.

Math is fast-paced and tests are consistent, stay on top of your game and do your homework and you will be fine. Science is always fun and different. You will need to study for this class as tests tend to be challenging. All tests assigned in both classes can be redone.
