make sure to try your best and follow his instructions. as long as you do that you will have the best weight training experience of your life. his grading is very fair and will go out of his way to help you.

skelly's sense of humor is truly amazing, this was the only class me and my friend would look forward to going to. he absolutely made last year a blast and i would recommend this class to everyone. he knows what he is doing and is one of the few teachers you can have personal conversations with. extremely chill man, could not have been happier with him.
