AP U. S. History: The information you need to know is organized by unit. If you study each unit thoroughly you should be ready for the test. It is highly recommended that you study a little bit each day outside of class for context so that classwork will be easy.

Anatomy and Physiology: You absolutely need to study to do well in this class. Memorization of key information is vital for your success. Homework complements what you did in class. Quizzes every 2-3 weeks, tests happen less often.

For AP Calculus AB. Make sure you follow along when you are completing notes. Study a bit outside of class to make sure you understand the key concepts. Understand things like derivatives, antiderivatives, and integrals. You don't need to do an excessive amount of work to succeed, just make sure you understand the concepts that Mr. Bitel teaches you. You WILL be prepared for the exam if you try.

Drama 1: This class was really fun. The tests are performing, and you will have to memorize. I suggest starting as soon as you get the material but otherwise really fun and easy.

Be ready to participate in discussions, as they tend to have a pretty big impact on your grade. Also, book quizzes count heavily too. MAKE SURE you read the assigned book because it is what affects a lot of the work you do. I remember spending quite a bit of time out of class for homework, which includes things like reading the assigned book, notes, projects, etc.

This is an English class, so be ready to participate! Anyone can get an A if they just put for the effort and do all the work. You'll do things like discussions, occasional book quizzes/tests, short story analysis, and grammar notes.
