Make sure to actually do the work! The environment is very chill and laid back, but that doesn't mean you should slack off in her class. On the contrary, it'll help tremendously if you get her work done and have fun with it!

Ms. Adriano was one of the best teachers I had while I was in High School. I am a freshman in college in a different state now, but I still contact her and talk about my troubles, concerns, and just how I'm doing. She's one of the most understanding, fun, respective, loving, caring, hardworking, accepting, and knowledgable biology teacher (and just a teacher in general) I have ever come to know and love. If you ever take her class or consider it (in which case, please do take her class!! ), make sure to be respectful back to her because she could become a good friend of yours. Especially if you're struggling in life, she will be there for you, listen, and help you with the best of her capabilities if you ask her and are kind to her the way she is to you. She is hilarious, plus has the best and quirkiest personality as a teacher. This definitely helps you stay engaged in each lesson. It made me feel like I belonged somewhere, and I actually looked forward to going to her class every day! However, never take her for granted and what she will be teaching you. She is a teacher and not just another peer, so she is strict with her set rules, just like any other teacher. However, she is very accommodating and would be more than happy to work with you individually. I highly recommend this class. 10/10 rating!!
