This is for Math 7 Honors kids, but I guess it can apply to most people taking her classes :) • DO NOT be okay with not understanding a concept since later on it'll come up in different forms/more complex problems, as the material you learned at the beginning is built upon later in the semester (Skill Maintenance, etc). • Make sure to do any extra credit opportunity, trust me it'll help your grade out a ton and you'll NEED it. • I relied on my homework grades (1/2 of overall grade) to boost my test grades, so getting a high A or an A+ on HW is a must if you want to have a good grade. • Check your Skill Maintenance with others the day before or at lunch/before class, etc. It helps a ton!! The tests in this class are challenging and they include a vocab part and cover everything in the chapter, so taking good notes and reviewing them (especially the early lessons) is a necessity. • She will provide conversion factors and sometimes formulas but you should aim to be able to recall most everything. gl bro, don't fail :D
