APES is an awesome class! Sloan wants everyone to succeed, so never hesitate to ask for help. He explains concepts in a concise yet thorough way. Even though it is an AP class where there is frequent homework and a lot of writing/reading, it is a very fun class. One piece of advice I have for APES is to study well for the tests because they are designed to be challenging.
