Listen, Theatre Workshop is all about putting yourself out there and actually trying. If you're not going to do that, you're not gonna od very much. You're gonna drag your scene partners down. You're going to have to apply yourself and do some memorization. It's only fun if you let it be fun. Learn how to play and let loose! You might be in here for the Fine Arts/Public Speaking requirement, but believe me, this class is great! For Acting, a lot more memorization is needed. It's a lot more structured. DO NOT SLACK OFF IN MEMORIZATION. If you do, you'll just get stressed and fall behind. Not good for when you actually have to present your scene. Just put yourself out there, do your best, and you'll do fine. Both don't necessarily have a bunch of writing. Sure, there'll be notes on some of the play writers and tactics on how to do certain things, but these classes are more hands on. You'll experience things more than you write them.
