Class of 2020
Show the motivation to want to learn German in this class, participate, and do the homework and projects, and you will do well. Tests are about once or twice a month and he helps to make sure to review the material right up until the test. He is very enthusiastic about German and makes you want to try your best and will help you to better your German.
Class of 2019
A lot of short answer and essays, but it helps to learn German. Overall very fun teacher who attempts to make all classes fun and engaging.

Overall, he was an amazing teacher who cared for all of his students; not just because it was usually a small class, but because he truly wants you to do better in German and had everything you need to be successful with German in the future. School trips were always well organized and fun, and I'll miss going to the Christkindlmarkt in Chicago with the German Club! He is not a teacher anymore at Oswego High School, although if you have him as a teacher somewhere else for German, consider yourself lucky!
