Simply looking at the posted material and slideshows can assist greatly. Creating some sort of system to memorize the content (such as using Quizlet) is what helped me. It is definitely very manageable.

Definitely take Joseph as your teacher if you have Advanced Placement European History or Advanced Placement United States History. He gives far less homework than other teachers of these subjects in addition to being the only one (that I know of) that "throws out questions" (curves) his exams. He is also amazing at lecturing and keeps it from becoming boring!
