Read, read, read. Show up after school if needed. AP Psychology isn’t a hard class, but you need to read and memorize your stuff. That’s it. It’s route memorization for the scantron stuff, and some writing sections to test you to get a feel of how deeply you understand what you learned. Mr. Muraoka is always available and happy to help, so no excuses!

Mr. Muraoka is a very passionate teacher, which means he can be intimidating at times. He wants everyone to get at least a 3, and will publicly praise you if you get a 5. However, if your test scores leading up to it are poor, and he knows you can do better, but you’re not giving him your all, he will get angry with you. AP Psych may be the easiest AP class out there, but that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s an easy A.
