The Precalculus Honors course is based on Richard G. Brown's Advanced Mathematics: Precalculus with Discrete Mathematics and Data Analysis. Use that textbook for extra practice as well, but note that on the morning of each quiz or test he writes problems on the board that closely mirror the assessment questions, so be sure to go in for those.
