Absolutely phenomenal teacher, she always put complex math problems and formulas into simpler terms that allowed for the student body to comprehend the material better. Her homework assignments were not difficult as long as you pay attention in class, and her general personality made the class different and fun on the daily. Even as a high-school student, having taken her pre algebra class, set me up for excellency in future mathematics such as geometry. The class itself was also decorated in a way that made the students feel welcome, and the fact that the class smelled nice, made the general atmosphere extremely enjoyable, and her ability to joke and teach material is uncontested. Going into this class, I’d suggest to take light on formulas and steps on how to complete equations on time. She often does not grade homework, however homework she assigns are extremely helpful in comprehending material and I strongly suggest you do them.
