Don't be intimidated by this teacher and her toughness. She is easily able to recognize a students level in this class and give them the help they need. By the end of the year, you will notice that much of the work is done in class among your table group, making her almost always available to talk to for help in class. Don't take offense from her humor, which is based around making everyone equally as embarrased, but it's all for fun, and by the end of the year you will love it and miss it when it's gone. You will learn more from this teacher from any teacher you may have, so take it in and enjoy it.
