Be nice. Keep your grades up. Pay attention in class. Most of the things you learn, you will only have one chance to grasp and understand because it the lessons are very fast and packed. It makes this class very difficult.

Try to get ahead on the review work at the end of the year to give yourself time to study for the AP exam, because it feels more like "work" than a review and will leave you with little knowledge after being completed.

This class is pretty easy if you are good with your hands. Very basic guitar course. Just make sure to memorize the notes and songs you play during class because that exactly what the test is gonna be on.
