make sure you study a lot for his tests. They are quite tricky, choose your partners well for projects, don't turn in assignments late, STAY ON HIS GOOD SIDE.

The tests are pretty hard, so if you don't study, you will not pass the class with a C. The tests test you about little details, and some of the main concept. If you write down everything important (little facts, details), on a sheet of paper, read all the pages in your chapter, you will do amazing! You need general knowledge and vocabulary. Sometimes, he writes vocab on the board to take notes and write down definitions, and if you ask him, he will say it's not required, but if you want to do well, all those vocabulary are ON THE TEST! He's actually very nice and doesn't get mad at all, but sometimes he just shouts a little and goes back to normal. Also, late grades don't exist! As long as you hand in everything in the quarter, you wont get a penalty. He's usually a slow grader and all his tests give extra credit. His tests are really stressful but the class is pretty decent.

You have to be on top of the class. You always have to make sure that you are putting every single little detail in every activity, because he will drop points if you don't. Also, make sure to study hard for all his tests, because they are pretty tricky, but not difficult.

Mr. Lipshutz is very chill but can be hostile if you don't behave. Just do your work and be normal and study a lot and you'll live civics in easy mode. (I learned it the hard way)

I sometimes wish that he wouldn't give us so many assignments. This is because not only does he give us many assignments, and are long and your answers allows have to be carefully detailed.
