Louise Krikorian is the gem of Coleman Middle School. Her bright, fun, infectious positive attitude always brings a smile to her students faces. Her G. R. A. P. E. S. song fills my ears with sounds similar to the trumpets of heaven. Speaking of heaven, her singing voice is purely angelic. When she sings, she fills both my heart and ears with joy. Legend has it that good ol Louise was born in the Coleman bathrooms and learned the ropes around Coleman fairly quickly. She fell in love with Coleman’s glorious campus, and decided to spend the rest of her life there. I am glad I had Ms. Krikorian as a teacher, because her tests challenged both my mind and spirit. She is the best teacher- no the best person in the entire universe. Without the krik, the entire school would crumble into dispair and depression. I truly hope she never quits and is able to continue teaching forever. Even though she isn’t as rich as her super rich parents, she was rich in knowledge, and as some know, lived in Italy! Her free sprit and melodic voice keep me coming to school every day. We love you, Louise!!

Coleman as a school loves Toan Quach. We all rally around his name. Countless works of prose, film, and photography have all been developed around this enigmatic man. Many students know nothing of his place of origin. One thing is for sure. His soul only has a place for three things. The children, physical education, and DJing. His devotion and knowledge of the concepts at hand is remarkable. Noble Prize is necessary. Quach pushes me to work hard. He has helped me achieve everything I have ever achieved. He lit a spark of fire in me that continues to blaze even after I left his P.E class (which is, by the way, the best class I have ever had). I truly respect this paragon of human truth. He taught me about morality with Should Coulda Woulda. He taught me all the knowledge I need to know with Mental Monday. And he built up my knee flexibility with bumping practive. Thanks, friend. Once I felt as though I couldn't succeed. So Toan Quach told me a story. He told he was born on the Coleman track and raised by the coaches and lunch ladies at the time. He was loved by everyone, and became Coleman's mascot. Screw the Cobra, Quach is the real mascot. He was raised in a culture of fitness and became very strong. But at age 15, he left to become a DJ. He succeeded. He later came back to teach in his place of birth. This story inspired me so much I aced every exam ever. Thank you. Toan Quach is the most beautiful human being I have ever witnessed. He teaches with passion and grace that will never be replicated. No one would every speak in a derogatory way about him because it is simply impossible. No human or animal equates to him in pure human virtue. Martin Luther King Jr., Mahatma Gandhi, or even Jesus Christ himself all pale in the shining beacon of goodness that is Toan Quach. He is more than a man. He is a myth, and a legend. We salute you, Toan Quach.
