- Always pay attention to presentations and lectures. - Study for this course extensively, especially before big exams as the questions can seem very unfamiliar to what you see on the quizzes. - Sometimes she conducts tutoring sessions, take advantage of those.

I was in her AP Bio course but dropped out. She is a good teacher, but her class is NOT for everyone. Her class is fairly rigorous unless you've taken harder AP courses before, and even then she requires a lot of lab work and studying. She is passionate about Biology otherwise and nice overall, but be prepared if you think can handle her.
