If you're coming from PBS, trust Ciesla is goated (I didn't take PBS and the 1st quarter was lwk hard for me to adjust but then the rest of the year it was really chill). She's really fun and exciting, lotta lectures would become YAPP sessions but nonetheless the lectures were very interesting and visual. If you want to try anything medical related I definitely recommend this class; you'll get a really good feel for what the medical field is about and the labs were fun (but she stressed us out like crazyyy bro).

Everything tested will be on the notes you take during lectures. Take notes of EVERYTHING, like EVERYTHING EVERYTHING. The lectures in general are very interesting, but it’s important to keep note of all of them. The tests are pretty difficult, so you have to memorize a lot.

The class is a bit tedious and difficult sometimes. It’s mostly textbook work on the computer, but he tries his best to explain the work. No phones are allowed and the class is usually quiet (sometimes he’s chill). Overtime you get used to the whole exhausting atmosphere though. All of the lessons are usually patterned so at least you know what’s going to happen the next day. My advice: do the work and don’t be afraid to ask questions (he likes it when you do). In the end, you’ll still receive a decent grade.

The class is pretty formulaic and should come easy to understand once settled in. The work can be very tedious and repetitive, though. Surprisingly high amount of work for a class reserved mostly for freshmen.

The assignments are graded extremely harshly, no matter how well you do on them. If you're in this class, SWITCH OUT IMMEDIATELY. The class average on several assignments is usually an F or D. The assignments themselves are easy but hard to understand as there are no rubrics provided and not much explanation.

Reigle's goated, she cares a lot for her students as long as you don't skip her class or show up late repeatedly. Do your study cards early as possible. Practice all your MyAP/Albert MCQ's. If you ever miss a lecture or need help she's usually available during B lunch + Afterschool. Most her lecture slides are on a google drive that has all the content for the year.

Take the class online, it is far better to learn the material directly and be able to cover notes which are given online. It is difficult to study for this in person as this course does not provide online studying material when you take the in-person version. If taking it in person, take additional notes OUTSIDE of classtime. IN class does not have good enough notes.

This class isn't necessarily easy, but the teacher makes the class entertaining and makes me want to participate. Quizzes are very laid back, and so are tests. The only con I would say about the class is the group projects we have to do are kind of tedious but the good things make up for it.

The class is set up to be relatively easy, especially for first time AP students. A segment of this class is spent as a "Critical thinking" course designed to prepare you for the real meat and potatoes, AP Comparative Government and Politics. Much of the course material is posted online, but keep in mind this may not help you in some situations as the class is heavily focused on current events. Expect some minor changes to course material as time goes on. eg: referendums, elections, etc. A small awareness of global events and/or prior knowledge of the countries seen in this course will help out immensely.. Heavy amounts of writing, but most of that will be done on a computer. Expect some amount of writing on paper, though. The final is done in paper, so be aware. This class can be VERY boring if you're not interested in geopolitics and the like. Don't take it for the lulz/AP credits. You will regret it.

Take notes and watch his lectures. Never get behind of homework. It will pile against you and there are homeowrk evaluations. Also pop quizzes sometimes. Tutoring is available and helpful
